I am currently a student here and I believe that this style of karate (Martial Arts) is fantastic. There is Judo, Ju-jitsu, karate, and Chi-na components that make this style both hard and flowing. The emphasis is on street self defense that is both realistic and powerful. There are kids and adults and the classes are broken up in a way that provides the best training for everyone. I always go home feeling like I had a great workout and that I have learned something valuable.
