JOSEPH LEHMAN, Inc, Consulting Engineers, founded in 1969, is a consulting engineering company that has established a 40-plus year reputation for engineering excellence, client satisfaction, and community involvement. The headquarters office is located in Duncansville, in central Pennsylvania, with a second office located in Mount Joy, in the eastern part of the Commonwealth. Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest level of quality and service on each and every project. We have established a portfolio of numerous projects in a variety of sectors: municipal, commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and state agencies. Every one of our clients and every one of our projects, regardless of scope and budget, is treated in the same manner. A dedicated project manager is assigned to oversee all aspects of the project and serve as the client's one point-of-contact for the duration. Every budget is treated with due diligence and with an eye to making sure there are no cost overruns or scope changes that would add to the total. Every project plan is looked at critically beginning with the planning stage in order to determine the best practical solutions at the best price.
