Snow storm meant that my trash was not picked up Friday which is completely understandable. However, I checked the website, Facebook, and going message, nothing. I ended up leaving a message trying to find out when the trash would be picked up. No return call and they came on Sunday which is outside normal hours with no indication this was happening. I told them I would be having a lot of extra trash since I now have to wait until next Friday and recently moved into my house and was told they won't pick up any extra bags beside the trash can and I would have to pay for an extra pick up. I thought they would work with me to get the situation resolved but instead I had a very poor first customer experience. Will change companies if I find someone else that services my neighborhood.

Terrible Company!!!!

Had the service for 3 months and only actually came to property half the time. Finally had call because they didn't show last Thursday. Mary in customer service said she wouls send someone out the next day. I thanked her and that was fine with me. Well they never showed Friday so I called spoke with Mary again said that the work order was never put in. I asked her when they would be out to get the trash she said WEDNESDAY (normal pickup day is Thursday) due to no one being in area till then. Yet we live less than 10 minutes from the company. So today (Wednesday) at 4:30 (they close at 5) I called spome to Mary again and asked if they would be out. She said she would call the driver never got in contact with him. So I finally told her if the trash isn't done today I was cancelling service. She was bbeyond rude and told me to go ahead and cancel and it wasn't her fault said bye and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
