This company came by my house last year and the did their job .. but promised and assured me that the bees would not return to my house... and they are now back... and lil disappointed in their services.. cause ive been trying to call them for 3 days.. and totally completely ignored my calls.. and or not returning my calls.. i even left a voice mail and the information they need. i even paid this company amount of dollars owed for their services.. im very disappointed in their lack of customer service. i deserve an explanation in why they havent returned my calls.. i feel that its their responsibility to complete the tasks and jobs they say they were going to do.. im a type of person that if im going to do something i will do.. but their motto states " All work gauranteed" They did not fulfill their quota cause they did not resolved the problem and have not returned my calls.. im very disappointed in the customer service im received and have received.. dont call these people!! thanks
