Didn't want to even give them 1 star. No option for a quarter or half star. $38 a month for sewage? I pay less than $38 for 3 months of water. WTF? This needs to be prorated depending on how much water you use. 2015 and Dunbar is just now getting sewage? $38 a month seems way to high. Am I paying that much for service or to upgrade the infrastructure to accomadate a new prison. Local news stations need to look into this.
