Honiss Elementary School is affiliated with the Dumont Public Schools. Located in Dumont, N.J., it offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 600 students in grades kindergarten through eight. The school offers various programs, including English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. Honiss Elementary School offers a variety of sports activities, including soccer, football, golf, cross-country, hockey and volleyball, baseball and basketball. The school s cafeteria serves daily breakfast and lunch. It has a parent-teacher association that focuses on increasing awareness and participation in curriculum and policy development, by enhancing communication between home and school.
