I've only been to this establishment twice to have dry cleaning done and was refused both times without any explanation. The attendant was very rude both times I was there. After my experience, I will never give them any of my business. Even if there was a good reason they could not take any dry cleaning, a little politeness would have gone a long way.

I use this place mostly for dry cleaning, but I did our big bedding there last week and I must say the machines we used were great and big. This laundry is very clean and the people there help you out with the right machines to use. I was very happy with this place. Thank You.

Your attendant is very rude. I asked her to switch out a Canadian quarter for a regular one and she said no, we don't do that. i said, i won't have enough quarters to start my washer. Then she switched it. I got the quarter in a roll i bought from her. Then i asked for a key to the washroom. She did not say a word to me and opened the door. I won't be coming back to this laundrymat.

I am not a laundromat user, but with the recent flooding I needed to use one. Like alot of people in town our bsmt. was wet and we had a ton to reclean. This laundry was closest so we went there. OMG, I had know idea a laundromat could look so good, or be so big.This place was great, and so were the workers. So helpfull, and clean. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This is my preferred laundromat in Duluth. Exceptionally clean, organized, and even beautiful with all the live plants. The machines are well-maintained and the prices are typical. A nice variety of magazines to read, too!

After several bad experiences with this company, I thought I should share. Several times now, I have had clothing damaged by their machines. At first, I thought, maybe it was something I had done; but it only happens at this business. Horrible stains from their machines. The worst part, though, is the staff. When you complain or even ask for help or change, they are extremely rude and unprofessional.
