      I have never been so impressed with such great service and kindness as when we went to the jewelry dept at JC Penneys. There was a lady there who helped us so much her name is Naheed. She is so knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever met. I would recommend anyone who is looking for jewelry go to the J C Penneys in the Duluth Mn mall ask for Naheed it will be worth your while and you will also enjoy Naheed's helpful and kindness. She goes way beyond her job!!!! Thank you so much for your help Naheed.

      the manager was so rude

      the pictures were great but they never got the cards right. an there computers were down. so they offered to fix them in a week an I wouldn't get them till close to xmas. an they charged me for my 12 free cards. an when they paid me back for it they didn't pay me back for the whole amount.
