I had a way different experience.They showed up on time to quote the job, showed up on time (early actually) to do the install. Their quote was several hundred less then the competitor for the same unit, the quoted price was the billed price, even with a couple of extra things that popped up. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one, and cleanup after themselves as if they were never there.I think they did a great Job!

These guys suck! I spent weeks trying to get a hold of someone to schedule a quote for a new furnace and A/C install. I called both the office and the cell phone of an individual whom was recommended to me. I eventually got a call back and we set up a time for them to come out, but I got stood up. No one ever showed.After spending another week trying to find out when I could expect someone, I was told that the individual who never showed would call me, but I never heard from anyone.There are too many other qualified HVAC contractors that actually appreciate your business to waste your time with this outfit.
