Jerry Cook is very friendly and his prices are significantly lower compared to other big HVAC dealers. But he is extremely slow to schedule and most of the time he won't return your phone calls. It took him 30 days+ to install my furnace and there were issues to work out also. Now we are going on 70+ days to get him to install our A/C unit. His quality in running lines square etc is poor and not thought out very well. If you want to save money and have a lot of time to wait for the install while not caring what the finished work will look like then give him about 20 calls and you might be able to get him to come out. He tends to promise a date he will come out but easily breaks his word.
