We recently switched to Satellite and used this company for the install (MUCH better than going directly through dish network installers). Ian is polite/courteous and worked really hard to get our system working perfectly - we have 5 TV's on 3 boxes and it works great all the time. Our cable inside our house was messed up from years of "patchwork" fixes by cable company; Ian re-ran all the wires and labeled everything coming into the house, and what goes where. A few months later, we used him again for an HDTV install/wall mount in our kitchen - again, great service experience.
