Imar is excellent at his role as a manager; he is skilled in handling different kind of customers vs their needs, knowledgeable of his products and attentive with his customers, displaying "an always attentive and courteous approach." I will bypass other locations, regardless of where I am travelling, to come to him, as he has gone out of his way multiple times to attend to my concerns....fix a broken phone; recommend a different product and tell me what makes it better, answer my questions (that sometimes are rudimentary for him, but 'over my head, for me')...all 3 of my girls have bought phones from him and have entrusted his care, also. In this day and age, like anytime, finding concerted, trust worthy care to our product needs, can be difficult. Thank you Imar for being there for me and my family.
