I brought my girls here to purchase their brides made dresses. Ms. Jackie was very polite all in all. She took my girls measurements and for my maid of honor she happened to be right on for the size 8 dress. Because this was months in advance I suggested maybe getting one size up since it was so close but Jackie assured me that it would be ok going with the size 8 because of the material. Though the dresses were going to be in before my wedding, to be safe I still decided to pay for their rush fee. Im so glad I did. The dresses came and my maid of honor dress was too tight and wouldn't zip all the way, hence me suggesting one size up to prevent this. My girl had to pay someone else to look at it and was still charged to have it altered correctly. Even after being altered by Jackie to zip it still wasnt fitting correctly and it had a hole in it. We eventually had to pay someone else to correct their mistakes. On top of that another one of my bridesmaids got their dress altered and the bottom was cut really unevenly. not a little but very noticeably. The front and back went up and got longer on the sides so she also had to take her dress to someone else to be corrected. Another one of my girls drove the hour out there to meet Jackie and pick up her dress but no one was there. I spoke with Jackie and she said how she forgot my girl was coming and how she had left the store early! No accommodation was made and my girl had to come back another day. With everything Jackie placed the blame on my party literally making statements saying "The dress is uneven because its suppose to be that way" or "It uneven because of her shoulders". There was always an excuse and I assumed she was the owner but she said she wasnt, so when I asked about the contact information for the owner or whoever was in charge she refused to give it to me. we had to find someone else to fix their mistakes.
