      It has been a long time since I have had customer service this GREAT!!! Our new puppy chewed my husband's CPAP mask. I called them on a today (Saturday) frantic because my husband would be pretty grumpy without sleep, but he is also on nicotine patches and is on the 2nd to lowest dose. No sleep and no dip could be disastrous for our relationship...LOL. They did not have the item in stock, but took time to call around, updated me and ordered the product knowing that I may have found it elsewhere. I am giving up my search and waiting for the cover to arrive Monday... 2 days with a sleep deprived husband is better than a week :-) Thank you for all your help!!!
