Service department is by far the worst one I have ever experienced. They charged me over $1000 for repairs I didnt need and didnt fix the problem that I brought it in there for. Service manager was a real jerk about the whold thing. Take your car anywhere but here.

***Please read this although it may seem long it has very important information that you might want to be aware of before taking your car there to be serviced or repaired***

I don't know about the sales department but the maintenance department sucks. Not only do they rip you off of your money, they also take forever to fix your car.

I went up there to have my BMW 740i get an oil change and diagnostic because it felt like there was something wrong with the way it was driving.

It literally took them a week to do just that and when they diagnose my car, they said that there was nothing wrong.

And what do you know? I simply drove about 10 miles and my car started doing some funny stuff and my check engine light turned on. I called them back immediately to ask them what their diagnostic consisted of.

My service advisor Kerry Richardson told me that they drove it around and checked what I inadvertently ask them to look at the transmission - being clueless that it wasn’t the actual problem - and found nothing wrong with it. How am I supposed to know what is wrong with my car having had no experience or knowledge of cars? That’s what the service advisor is there for right? To Kerry it’s not.

I got charged $175 twice. The first time to check a no problem area and the second time to check what they found out was wrong with the car the very first time after test driving it.

When I paid for everything ($260) Kerry Richardson literally told me after letting me know that there was nothing wrong with my car or should I say my transmission right; when I called him complaining about my check engine light being on that one of the maintenance guys told him what was wrong with my car.

I asked him if I would have to pay another $175 to diagnose whatever he already found out was wrong with the car and the first place when his maintenance associate test drove it, and he said yes with a grin that I could feel on the phone.

In all I don't think that the people who fix your car are at all that bad, they do an excellent job, and it looks like they care about helping you out. I have a problem with the maintenance service advisor whose sole goal is to get you to spend as much unnecessary money as possible when it is supposed to be the exact opposite.

I suggest that you take your car there only if you know exactly what is wrong with your car.

PS: I forgot to mention that I was suggested a free rental car by Kerry Richardson 5 days later after realizing that my car was still there. I don't know about you but to me that is a display of extremely poor customer service.
