I've been using their internet for maybe 8 months. it was the lowest price where i lived that made me decide to use their internet services, and when i had any issues they did a good job on trying to fix them. but ever since December . 2014 its like everyone has signed up with them and its brought the bandwidth almost to a dead stop. i be-leave if i got to pay them for the package speed i got i should receive that speed with out any issues. they should update their main receiver to handle the high demand on which they are providing for wright now! that make me unhappy to have to pay for said quality, but i'm not receiving. I've done speed tests and it low not even close to where it should be at!
