Just had my windshield replaced at Roy's. They obviously care about doing the job correctly and not taking short cuts! Bob was happy to show me the process while doing the work. He definitely goes the extra mile to apply preventative measures to ensure a good seal is established, avoiding potentially serious damage from rust later on. When it was ready to be picked up he even came to my house to give me a ride to the shop to pick my car up. The entire process was extremely positive, would highly recommend Roy's for any auto glass repairs! (I realized while driving home that he even vacuumed the interior of my car! - Thanks! it needed it!)

My wife's windshield got damaged at lunch one day. Called Roy's w/insurance info & made pickup/drop-off service appointment & ordered new glass. 3 hours later my windshield also got damaged!!! Repeat process Both appointments went well & would recommend Roy's. Girls in office were VERY NICE, helpful & knowledgeable.

I called Roy's because they were local. The lady on the phone was very nice and feindly. The young lady 3 way confrenced called me with the insurance company and it took no more than 10 minutes! Im very happy with them and would recomend them to anyone else.
