they took my phone number at the time I place the order. Turned they didn't have everything I ordered available. Rather than call me to tell me they waited until I got to the store and refuse to give me any sort of discount. I had to call the district manager for assistance. Would not have ordered if I had known that they did not have what I want. Avoid this location very poor customer service.

The last 3 times I had your pizza it was horrible. It were as if the pizza sat out all day before it was delivered, not to mention that I was told that it would be delivered within 30 min and it didn't come till an hour and a half later. The pizza was not worth the $16 I paid for it. I would have enjoyed a frozen pizza from my freezer more. I ordered from the JFK locacation a couple of weeks ago and the pizza was great. If I were able to rate my experiences without selecting any stars above, I would.
