As soon as I called, they knew exactly what questions to ask and were able to look up my history with them from the past. They had a service man over that afternoon and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Reasonably priced too. I'd highly recommend them.
We had a little incident with a vehicle and ran through our garage door. Oops! A friend recommended the red ribbon dealer that worked on her door- she was impressed with the service they provided, so I gave them a try. The people we dealt with came over right away, and were able to have a new door installed in just two days! They were helpful in dealing with our insurance, and now we have a new door that looks great and works even better than our old one. Thank you Pregler Overhead Door!
