      We have traveled with House of Travel twice in the past and the experience was great so we decided to use them for our destination wedding. What a terrible decision that was and our "agent" was even the owner, Jo. Throughout the process we had to double check everything she told us, we ended up finding the flights and telling her we wanted to book them. She was not keeping track of anything to get our ~50 guests the best prices. Re-assured us prices would come down to meet our budget (they never did). Ended up costing a few people better flights and more $$$. Almost everyone one of our guests called us in frustration dealing with Jo at one point or another. It was literally one thing after another trying to book everyones trips.



      Overall extremely frustrated with the experience and will never give them my business again. Really a shame since we had good experiences with them in the past. Save yourself the headache and book online or with another travel agent.
