We specialize in residential and commercial foundation waterproofing. New and existing construction, as well as interior and exterior waterproofing. We cover every aspect and have a solution for every water problem! We are able to accomplish this by having a variety of systems and products, along with the knowledge and experience to keep the water out. Some of the work we do, you may already be familiar with. The most common is Interior drain tile and a sump pump. This can be done to any type of foundation: Poured, Block, & Limestone. We also address the leaky walls. We have a product called Edge Guard for block foundations. DuraWall for limestone walls, and Epoxy Injection for cracks in poured walls. We also specialize in exterior waterproofing. This is where we install a rubberized membrane and drain tile to the outside of new and existing homes and businesses. We also do mold mitigation and remediation, water damage clean-up and restoration, structural drying and dehumidification, carpet drying, cleaning services, lead paint abatement, concrete work, drywall repair, remodeling, painting, tuck pointing, landscaping, surface tile, downspouts, window wells, and bring existing sump pumps up to code. We have waterproofed thousands of homes and businesses in and around the Tri-State area. We can offer references from Schools, Churches, Banks, Hotels and Homeowners.
