      COST/FEES BETTY accepts health insurance for counseling services AS well AS private payments. NOT ALL insurance plans cover counseling SO BE sure to contact your insurance Company prior to your appointment. Failure to DO SO MAY result in denial of payment by the insurance Company. ASK about deductibles. CO payments. And number of sessions authorized. AS well AS ANY limitations on providers. CO payments and deductibles are DUE AT the time of service. Insurance will BE filed on your behalf. If your insurance does NOT cover counseling or if YOU choose to forgo that option. Private payment is available, a sliding FEE scale based on income and number of dependents is used to determine the FEE. Payment is DUE AT the time of service, a free 30 minute consultation is available if YOU have questions about counseling. Would like to discuss the sliding FEE scale.
