Dubuque Stamping & Manufacturing provides metal stampings. The company employs more than 150 production specialists that provide a variety of operations. Dubuque Stamping offers various in-house capabilities that range from basic initial sample inspection to Level 3 PPAP, control plans, Gage R & R studies, statistical process control and failure-mode effects analysis process. It manufactures most parts from start to finish, allowing closer process controls. In addition, the company maintains a wide network of quality production vendors offering additional processes, including laser, painting, plating and robot welding. Located in Dubuque, Iowa, the company was established in 1948. Dubuque Stamping has been QS-9000 Certified since 1999.
