Founded in 1903, Conlon Construction Co., is a third-generation construction company that specializes in general construction, construction management, design-build and retail fixturing services. The company also provides mechanical, electrical and paving services for the healthcare, industrial and retail industries. Since the company s inception, Conlon has developed businesses in 49 state, as well as the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Conlon remains active in the Master Builders of Iowa and has been a past recipient of the prestigious Build Iowa Award. Conlon maintains its corporate offices in Dubuque, Iowa.
