The Kluck Apartment Community is dedicated to personal service. We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe place for our residents to call home. Kluck Apartments are an upscale, centrally located complex new to Duquque, Iowa. Featuring one garage, two bedrooms, deck, new appliances, security and much, much more. Landlords Tom and David Kluck have been providing apartment rentals since 1986 and insist on a clean and safe environment for all their tenants. Both live in Dubuque and are always near by for any repairs or services you may need. We are located on the West End of Dubuque, Iowa just off John F. Kennedy road. We have two properties located at: University - Opening August 2010! One or Two Bedrooms Rates: $1,100 - $1,500/mo. Raven Oaks - Building 3 Rates: $850 - $1,000 Raven Oaks - Building 1,2 Rates: $700- $900/mo Sundown Court Rates: $500 - $650/mo.
