The automatic garage door spring broke late Sunday night. Called and left a message with the “big” garage door companies on Monday. No one called back. Called Joe at Affordable, and he came over within an hour, assessed the problem, and replaced the spring. Plus he also checked over everything else, tightened belts/ pulleys/ screws, lubed the tracks, etc. Very fast, efficient, courteous. He knows his stuff. Will only call HIM if we have problems in the future. His rates are very reasonable for the time and attention he gave us. We agree with a former reviewer of Joe: His business should be called AWESOME affordable garage doors.

Joe delivers with exceptional customer service. Our garage door broke on New Year’s Day (Saturday). Along with coming to work on a Sunday, he really went above and beyond on his repair. Not only did he make sure that his repair would last a long time and mitigate any wear issues, but he also took the time to teach us all about our garage door system. The knowledge he shared with us was invaluable and the time he took to share this knowledge was greatly appreciated. It was very fortunate that he was able to come fix our garage door on short notice. The torsion spring had broken and the car we needed was inside. He had the necessary parts with him. The job was completed quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied.
