I had high expectations for Mowery Youell & Galeano following the recommendations of several legal advocacy groups; however, none were ever met satisfactorily after eight disappointing and frustrating months — and thousands of dollars spent — without a single issue resolved successfully; thus, I was thoroughly dissatisfied as a client and would not recommend them to anyone. Therefore, I decided it was in my best interest to move in another direction with a new attorney due to a complete lack of acceptable results. In summary, I no longer had confidence that this firm could effectively resolve my legal issues and produce meaningful and measurable results, meet expectations, or provide a favorable outcome regarding my legal problems. Lastly, their billing and accounting system is slow, antiquated, often unresponsive, the statements are difficult to understand, full of billing inaccuracies, and frequently in arrears by several months, if not lost altogether. In fact, I still have not received my final accounting statement and a remittance refund check for the unused portion of my retainer. Overall, a poor, exasperating, and dissatisfying experience; too many unfulfilled promises and too much lip service without any positive results.
