I have been to a few studios around columbus and can absolutely tell you that Emerald City Ballroom is the best studio. First, their prices are far better than anywhere else and they let you pay for each lesson as you take it. The other studios in town try to high pressure sales you into a contract. No contracts and no pressure at Emerald City. In addition, the quality of instruction was light years beyond what we received at both Arthur Murray or Fred Astaire. Our instructor (Jeff) talked to us as adults and was inspiring to me and my wife. Jeff got me shaking my hips and got us flirting with each other as if we were teenagers all over again. If the public knew the difference between the studios, then Emerald City Ballroom would corner the market. Emerald City Ballroom is absolutely the best.
