This facility is very poorly managed, staff members not qualified, patient needs are not met because the staff does not know how too. The owner Betty Byrd (?) Is very unprofessional and patients needs and rights are not met. My family members linens were not washed his entire stay, which was almost 6 months, the facility is not clean at all. Air conditioning was out for almost a month. This place is a disgrace. If you love your family member do NOT consider New Horizions, Dublin,GA.
