i went buy fishing reels just two day ago. i come back to exchange other one difference model not even open box the one i bathe not even care what i said to them not exchange for me my first time their salesman not tell me i can not exchange or return but receipt return policy within 30 days as long condition with all original packaging i think the place rob off people. i never write comment on line like my first time ever this place discussed .i never come back spend my money there
