      Bayside Medical Group is a well-established primary care group practice in the San Francisco East Bay. You can find out a great deal about Bayside by looking over our website. Bayside has been regarded in the community as an excellent place to work. We strive to be an excellent employer, to provide a supportive and upbeat work environment, to respect the dignity and individuality of our staff, to nurture them, and to help them improve themselves and exceed their expectations of personal and professional growth. In turn, we have tried to be very discerning and to offer employment only to very well qualified applicants. We look for strong motivation, cooperative attitudes, and a disposition to constantly improve. Patient Service Relations Bayside realizes that the service we render to our patients is the heart of our business. Each of our employees represents us to our patients. The way our employees do their jobs presents an image of our whole organization. Patients judge us by how they are treated each time they contact us or visit us. Our employees, then, need to be courteous, friendly, well-spoken, helpful and prompt in the attention they give to patients. Openings at Bayside Since Bayside is a good place to work, we have many employees who are long term. On the other hand, since we are a large group, openings frequently come up, both in our clinical offices, and in our business office.
