Founded in 1974, the Alameda County General Services Agency, also known as GSA, offers support, architectural and building maintenance services for several county departments and other public agencies in California. The agency also provides engineering, construction and energy and hazardous materials management services. It operates a child care planning council that offers referral and educational services.
