I have been a customer of this location since 2010. I have not missed a monthly payment although I have been late a couple of times. They charged me late fees and took them out of my monthly payments and kept doing this till it appeared I owned a lot of money. They even put a lien and charged me for that. I have repeatedly tried to correct the problem but to no avail. I finally spoke to their collection person to explain the situation but he was so rude, would not even discuss the problem made me pay half of what I didn't own and gave me two weeks to vacate. I vacated and moved to another location but up to now they are still charging me foe the unit.
Such a nightmare this place.. I write this so you can avoid what I have been thru.
