I have a new born baby, and when my heat went out Mohawk Heating came right out to my house in the middle of the night and fixed everything for me within an hour, I am so thankful to them, being a single mom is hard enough so its nice to have a trustworthy company that you can count on!

HEADS UP ! called mohawk heating because my lennox pulse stopped working when tech arrived all he wanted to do was sell me a new furnace missed diagnosed my problem said i need a part he didn't have and that it would cost me $500.00 to fix. i got a second opinion and my problem was a loose wire .i will never call them AGAIN

Calling Mohawk Heating was the best choice I ever made, The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. I will be reffering them to all my friends and will call with any problems I have. When I had no AC they responded and had the AC working in under 2 hours time, they made me feel that I was important to them. So pleased I purchased a service contract with them.

The guys we had install our furnace and air conditioning screwed us just a little, so I called Mohawk hoping they could fix it. We've had two techs come out and they've both been great. Really professional and fast. Both times I actually ended up paying less than the actual estimate. Very impressed and pleased with the service. Really glad to see a local business delivering at such a high level. Recommended for sure.

Choosing Mohawk Heating was the best decision I ever made, The office had wonderful customer service skills and the installers did a great job in such a timely manner, I had no heat and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Called for emergency repair and a technician returned my call with in 1 hr. It was Saturday and I was told that it was over time,but not what the fee would be to show up at my door. I was told upon answering my door that I owed $120 for the service call no matter if I let him in or not. Reluctantly I let him in to take a look. In a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem,and in the same breath conveyed to me that it was going to be expensive...parts and labor. It was estimated just over $500. He showed me a pricing catalog for the part. There were two different prices. 1 for regular days mon- fri and weekends which I don't under stand why the mark up on a part because its a weekend,and it was substantial. Needless to say I declined and paid the $120 feeling violated.I purchased the part for $125 and replaced it my self in less than 10 minutes. All I can say is I think Mohawk Heating is out to rip off people in need of a necessity.Heat during the winter. DON'T CALL THEM !

If you need emergency service call them. I waited days to get service from another cmpany and then I called Mohawk Heating Company and told them we didn't have any heat for days and I have three grandchildren ages 2, 3 and 4...and they were at my home within 45 minutes!!!!! Fortunately, it was a minor problem and it was fixed within 1/2 hour. I love them!
