Operational for over 40 years, Fair Acres Nursing Home offers Medicare and nursing services across DuQuoin and Southern Illinois. It offers an array of services, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing, respite and hospice services and social services. The center also provides recreational options and outdoor activities, such as bird aviary, church services, beauty/barber shop, pet therapy, socials and special events. Its rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and week-long in-house restorative care.
