Do not use this company unless you want to pay for nothing!!! Called and was asked to describe the lock-it’s an outside door lock. Had to pay 250$ upfront for the service call. He arrived and sat down on a chair and said he could not fix it because it was a smart lock, he didn’t have ;the right too, and offered to smash the lock or window and I would have to go buy another lock for 50$. When I could not get ahold of the landlord he laughed saying what’s a landlord worth and left. I called the company and was advised by the person answering the phone who began yelling they don’t guarantee they can unlock a door, that 225$ was their fee for driving out, and gave me a discount of 25$ off of my bill because he couldn’t unlock it. Only after contacting another locksmith did I learn that of the four Locksmiths in the area, Mike is by far the least experienced and rudest. Do yourself a favor and get ahold of one of the other three.
