We can't think of anybody who would prefer to pay a higher repair bill than what they were expecting. At Lloyd's, we keep things simple. We find the source of the issue, figure out the fix, and let you know what to expect. If we come across something else that needs your attention, we notify you so you can plan for it accordingly.
