I used the Dracut Funeral Home when my husband passed two years ago and was very satisfied with the service we received. They were very helpful to me and my family has used this funeral home many times and were always satisfied with they way we were treated.

I recently attended funeral services at this funeral home. First of all, they spelled the deceased's name wrong on the prayer cards. The "acting" director was aware of this and did nothing. A family member asked if they could please reprint them with the correct spelling of the name and was told " well I'll have to talk to my boss when he get back next week to see if we can reprint them. ' This funeral home treated handicapped family members horribly. I'm pretty sure they even violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. The funeral home told one handicapped person that she had to stay in her vehicle at the church and gravesite. Another handicapped person was forced to walk from the funeral home to where they staff had moved the car to line them up for the funeral. The staffed had been told that this person was unable to walk far and the handicap placard was visable. This is a horrible way to treat handicapped people. Plus the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. I pray I never have to step foot in that funeral home again.
