I had replacement windows put in a few years ago and they were installed poorly, One of the frames and I had T.A come out and at first they were going to charge me for the replacement and then they changed their tune when I questioned why. I have trouble with the alignment being off and they came out to adjust the windows and the alignment is still off. The windows don't close properly and I am not a nitpicky person but one would expect a $500 window to function at decent level. TA used to be good years ago but they have gone down hill and I would not recommend them.
Just purchased a new entry door for my home and it looks great! The sales representative was very knowledgable and was able to find me the perfect door for my budget. Installers were quick and clean. Definitely would recommend Tom Adams Windows and Carpets.
