Dan-Ning Lewis is owner of the Oriental Wellness Center in Doylestown, PA and previously was a Medical Doctor in China and later became certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in New York. I have been seeing Dan-Ning for 8 years and have found her to be extremely talented in Acupuncture and Herbs, and also up to date on medicines and medical practices. An example was when I had an overnight hospital stay and the next day my joints were swelling and I had to have fluid drained out of one elbow 3 times to stop pain. When I saw Dan-Ning, she asked if I had taken any Antibiotics in the hospital, When I said yes. She went and returned with a medical paper referring to the Antibiotic which had been given to me and pointed out that it attacked the ligaments and caused fluid retention. Dan-ning is a wonderful acupuncturist. Her experience with western medicine along with her vast knowledge of Chinese medicine is what makes her so great. If you need an acupuncturist you should try her. I have had all positive experiences with her. Once with infertility and once with my thyroid. On my next round of IVF, I will most definitely seek treatment with Dan-ning. Western medicine is quick to throw prescriptions at us, but Dan-ning looks at our whole body health, not just treating the symptoms. She is open and honest - if you ask her if she can help you, she will give you the facts and let you decide what is right for you. Reasonably priced also, when comparing to other acupuncturists. :-)

iDan-Ning was previously a Medical Doctor in China and is well qualified to evaluate & treat the condition of her patients. She is quick to determine real or potential problems and uses acupuncture & herbs to correct colds, flu, high blood pressure, or in my case, heart Arrhythmia and internal prostate bleeding without medicine side effects. With her background she is also quick to recognize when a medical doctor is required and tells the patient promptly. My case examples are: Joint swelling in fingers, elbows, and neck pain following hospital visit which Dan-Ning immediately determined to be the use of Levaquin in the hospital which was not recognized by three MD Doctors; a three day bleeding episode in the hospital which they were unable to control and I finally stopped in three hours using three capsules I had previously obtained from Dan-Ning. I have known other acupuncturists over the years but none as competent as Danning Lewis. Not only is she excellent at her craft, she is caring and compassionate. I have been a nurse for 36 years and have worked in both traditional and alternative medicine. Danning has something that other practitioners are lacking which is a knowledge of both and an ability to combine the best practices of both worlds. I have worked with Danning in the past and though I have other doctors in my health care journey,I feel that Danning is my primary caregiver. She has the expertise to be able to communicate with other healthcare practitioners and continually hones her knowledge with seminars and conferences.

Dan-Ning Lewis was very caring and sensitive to my particular health issues. She looked at my medical tests and listened to me. I felt that I had the best of all worlds. Her knowledge of "Western" medicine and treatment with "Eastern" medicine.

Dan-Ning Lewis is an excellent and caring acupuncturist, who uses all of her knowledge to diagnose and successfully treat her patients. She has relieved my migraines, digestive problems, allergies,plus anything else that happens to be bothering me from time to time. I highly recommend her for any ailments, pain, etc.
