I am a holistic psychotherapist with 10 years experience specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Amenities
In a safe, warm, and nurturing environment, I work with individuals and couples to help them through their life struggles. I tend to think outside the box and use a gentle, engaged, interactive, collaborative, and creative approach. With deep respect and trust for the process that occurs for each client throughout their journey, I have made the conscious decision to limit the number of clients I see on a daily basis. This helps me be as present, attentive and focused as possible on each client during the unfolding of every session and at times between sessions. There is also the benefit of heightened confidentiality since clients will rarely meet one another in the waiting area.
