Where do I begin to list the catalogue of failure and complete lack of customer service with this local franchise. In a nutshell, all I can advise is to not use this company if you want any kind of quality service or follow-up. I have lost count of the number of phone-calls, e-mails etc., I have made to get the problems they have left me with addressed.



I am now following up with the corporate office and local Doylestown Chamber of Commerce to see if I can get some action.
