I'm pretty wild when it comes to handing over my wedding ring, but I figured I'd suck it up and give it up to be cleaned, dipped & repaired. First off- They said it would take 2 weeks (EKK! 2 weeks w/o my ring?!?- Ok, I can do it;) & 2nd- I was SHOCKED when they told me it was only going to be about $60... Long story short, They had it done in LESS than a week & I can't get over what an amazing job they did!!! LOVE my band, looks like new :)) That & everyone seem really sweet & NOT snobbish. SO, Yup! I HIGHLY Recommend Carrolls!!! I know FOR SURE that they def have by business from now on!
I highly recommend Carrolls. I have probably been in the store about 5 times in the past 2 years for one thing or another and I would say approximately 3 of those trips they did something for me which was labor intensive without charging me a dime. Their service is impeccable and their selection is huge. You won't be disappointed.
Convient to where I work. Parking and assistance can be an issue especially near the Holidays. I had to park in Friendly's parking lot and I had to go there 3x before I could get a person to assist me. I thought they were on the high side for replacing a watch stem for $30.00. Afterwards I found out I could have had it done for $20.00 in Richboro where I live.
