I was in charge of buying the flowers for a surprise office anniversary party. Not exactly my area of expertise. I put myself in Carousel hands and they delivered. Luck wife will get all my love and flowers via Carousel from now on.

I ordered flowers three business days before they were to be delivered for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, specifying that they be delivered on a particular date. Not only did the flowers NOT get delivered on the date specified, they were delivered at least one day late (don't know the exact date because by then the folks were off on vacation) and when parents arrived home the flowers were dried out and pathetic on the front porch! I have used Carousel before with excellent results so the late delivery was a complete surprise. The owners did try to make amends by sending additional flowers however did not take responsibility for the late delivery (driver's log indicated on-time which was simply not true).
