Worst rental experience ever! They were extremely late (about 2 hours) delivering the bouncer and apparently they don't answer phones on Sundays! The bouncer was absolutely filthy, hasn't been cleaned in between many uses. Called to complain on Monday and sent them a video of how unsanitary the bouncer was and they refunded only $50. The complete lack of customer service is what really got to me. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to any other person.
