Exceptional customer service. Great prices, and great reception. The only time its not great is if you don't pay your bill. Just like with any company.

The billing seems to never go down even though you pay ever month !! My billing fluctuates ever month and i just have cable only shouldnt it be around the same every month ?? They say its cuz i have a back bill but thing is ive been with them for over 10+yrs i would think by now,it would be payed off expescially since i.pay it EVERY month !! But NO when i get my bill its any where from $200 to $300 that sure is expensive just for cable dont you think ????
