I have belonged to other gyms, have had other trainers and tried almost every diet you can think of. I never had any success until I started training with Tony at SGF.I no longer diet. I actually look forward to working out. I have seen awesome results (55 pounds - gone). I am doing things I never thought possible and loving my new lifestyle.I pass a lot of gyms/fitness centers on my to SGF (80 minutes round trip) but would never even consider working out anywhere else. The trainers really care about their clients and the value is unbelievable. I highly recommend them.

This group of people actually cares about how you can change your life through fitness. I was skeptical at first but the free trial period sold it for me.
