Henry Puffer Grade School is governed by the Downers Grove Grade School District 58. The school conducts classes in grades kindergarten through six. It offers an extensive curriculum that includes mathematics, science, reading, writing, health, spelling, speech, art, music, social studies and physical education. The school s library media center is an instructional support center for the students and staff to increase students reading skills and to improve their abilities to use technology and books. It also has a parent involvement group that provides financial support through fundraising programs for development of students to expand the educational opportunities.
