a great place to train, there are multiple classes to take in a variety of styles that allows everyone to find the martial art that suits them best. this gym has great instucters and plenty of space too!

It has been a great training with the guys at CounterStrike over the last year. They provide excellent instruction in all disciplines and truly have each students best interest at heart. Great group of guys.
