I'm only allowed 1000 letter characters so let me just say that I have not ever found one single positive review on this company or this guy. He took advantage of me and took something extremely valuable to me. My only picture of me when I was in the Army at 18. They are scam artists and they will abuse you. Find another company with good reviews and let them salvage your memories.
